Virtual Webinars and Matchmaking - How does it work?
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners by sending them a short message through the event platform.

1) Registration
- Register via the green "Register now" button
- If you wish to get contacted by relevant stakeholders, define properly your interests.
2) Complete your profile to showcase your interests
Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on this platform.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet.
A good profile will generate significantly more discussion requests. Your profile will be visible before, during and after the event.
3) Browse profiles of attendees
Find out who is is interested in the same topics as you.
4) Send & receive messages before and after the event
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send messages to those you want to have a private discussion with. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in talking to them will increase the chance that your request will be accepted.
5) During the event
We would like to kindly ask you to put the networking on hold during the event and focus on the live sessions, the Q&A and the slido interactions that we will be sharing with you.
